Define the project scope

Review CDU and pipework options against the requirements of the specified server or rack platform. Start with the actual cooling specification and integration boundary before choosing an equipment model.

Prepare for technical review

Provide separate conditions for the load-side and facility-side loops, the coolant specification, interfaces, electrical supply and controls. Use the CDU comparison and enquiry checklist to prepare the technical review.

Agree delivery and local support

Confirm responsibility for pipework, connection tests, commissioning and local service. No automatic compatibility with NVIDIA or another platform is implied; request the exact approved interface and equipment documents.
